OCR: Macintosh TROUBLE SHOOTER Control Panels: Monitors & Sound: Sound To alter the volume control just slide the button on the slide bar to the left for the quietest setting, or to the right for the loudest setting. This one is a bit more feature laiden than System 7.5's individual control panel, which doesn't have Sound Output Quality and Sound Input sections. Note the line of gibberish in Sound Output, this feature cannot be emualted. The volume setting is linked to a real Macintosh's internal speaker, however it will work in emualtion, a sort of second volume adjustment. I'd recommend leaving the slider set all the way to the right of the bar, this will set the volume to maximum, the same setting as the Monitor's setting. Monitors & Sound Monitor Sound Alerts Computer System Volume Sound Output ÀOfeAle»lê f¥l@ Mute Sound Input Sound Output Quality Microphone ♦ 22.254 kHz Use Sound Input to record sounds. This may not work in emulation! These two display the current setup for emulation (taken from Shapeshifter). Basically the Sound Output is via the monitor and the Sound Output Quality is xxx kHz. 四分
